© Adobestock 15 CASE STUDY Feedback from a company that redesigned its layout around CSR objectives. INITIAL ISSUE We supported one of our clients, a company operating in the business services sector, as they moved into new premises following the introduction of partial remote working for the teams. Our client found that the offices were under- occupied. The move to smaller premises pursued several objectives: • R educe costs related to energy consumption and office rental; • O ffer a convivial working environment conducive to socialisation; • Improve the quality of working life (QWL). DECISION-MAKING METHOD The management and the Workplace Experience Director 12 took several factors into account: • The average number of employees present each day in the premises, evaluated over three months; • Projections for workforce changes over the next five years; • The results of co-creation workshops conducted with employees to define their needs. 12 Manager responsible for workplace well-being
